CRO Audits & Quick Wins

Find and fix the friction costing you conversions.

The problem

Traffic keeps arriving. The page keeps leaking. When conversions stall, the instinct is to buy more traffic or start a rebuild. Both are expensive guesses. The cheaper question is where the current page loses people — message, structure, design, or offer — and which fixes are worth doing first.

The solution

Find the leak before you pay to fix it.

Four outcomes every CRO Audit is built to deliver, before a rebuild is even on the table.

Fixes in priority order

A prioritized list of fixes, ranked by expected impact and effort.

Free page review vs. a paid CRO audit

The free page review is a focused, personal review of one page — the likely momentum-killers and the three highest-impact fixes. A CRO audit is a comprehensive paid engagement: deeper analysis against your traffic and tracking, a prioritized fix list, and quick-win implementation. Start with the free review; we'll tell you if a full audit is warranted.

How the engagement works

From context to fixes, in four focused steps.

Here's what happens at each step of an audit, and what you'll get from us along the way.

01

Context

We gather the traffic sources, campaign intent, analytics access, and conversion goal before reviewing anything.

You share analytics access, traffic sources and the conversion goal.
02

Review

The page is assessed section by section against the traffic it receives — message match, structure, design, and offer.

Each section is checked against the traffic it receives.
03

Report

Findings come back as a prioritized plan: what's broken, why it matters, and the order to fix it in.

You get a prioritized plan: what to fix, why, and in what order.
04

Fix

Quick wins are implemented where scope allows, with a clear recommendation on anything that needs a larger engagement.

Quick wins go live; bigger changes come with a clear recommendation.

FAQ

Questions about cro audits & quick wins

Still unsure? Ask in the chat, or email Riz directly.

hello@pagedriven.com
How is this different from the free page review?

The free page review is a short, personal look at one page — where it's most likely losing momentum and the three highest-impact fixes. A CRO audit is a comprehensive paid engagement: full page and funnel review against traffic data, prioritized findings, and quick-win implementation where scope allows.

Do you need analytics access?

It helps. Where analytics or session data is available we use it; where it isn't, the audit still works — it's just grounded in message, structure, and heuristics rather than behavior data.

Will you tell us to rebuild?

Only if the findings justify it. Many audits end with a short list of fixes to the existing page, and we'll say so plainly when that's the answer.

Do you run A/B tests as part of an audit?

No. Experimentation depends on sufficient traffic and reliable tracking to produce readable results. Where that's in place, we can recommend what to test — as part of ongoing optimization, not a one-off audit.

Who actually does the audit?

Riz personally leads the review and the findings report — every audit, no exceptions.
